What's the hardest dish you've made to date?
Hmmm maybe a Christmas dinner, the timing has to be nearly perfect and to dish everything out on time is difficult. Possibly the hardest thing I’ve made.
What did you make for it?
So my dad would usually make the Christmas dinner for us.
My mum and three of my siblings that live with her would come and eat with me and my dad but my dad broke his wrist and it was really hard for him to move around the kitchen and cook so I offered to cook it. I got no help and basically had to guess but it all went pretty well.
What dishes did you make though?
Turkey, veg, stuffing. The whole bang.

Oh yes! I love the summer.
Big plans this summer?
Yes sir, I will be officially launching a new service which I will probably be announcing at some point during spring.
