Well that depends on the company. If I'm around fellow Brits my English usually reverts back to an acceptable level, otherwise I tend to speak more American than English due to moving in the US. Similar language, but vastly different, as well
what's cool about the US more then the UK
As in what's better about the us vs the UK? The roads, I suppose. They're huge in the US, small in the UK

Frequently! I have many health issues that need care, it's expensive in the US to look after myself, need a country where healthcare isn't so...well, pricey.
