Asked for money?

Yes. The biggest help I've given someone, financially at least, is a friend of mine who was paying a loan with a 49.9% interest rate. I took a loan out for him for £10000 and the interest rate was 2% saving him over £200 a month and probably thousands over the life time of the loan.

My ex wife asks me for money every now and than. I've probably given her thousands of dollars through the span of our separation and up to the point our divorce was finalized.

Before I ever got married. I'd have friends ask to borrow money. I gave one friend 120 dollars and another 40 dollars. They never paid me back nor did they ever ask me for another dime.

Yes, and I always said that sorry I can't help as I do not have the funds and or can't support. Unless they need help that doesn't feed the money and they need my to work on things then I look into it.

Weirdly, not in real life. I've had a few people that I'm not even close online asking me for some money that they would "pay back very soon". Never done it, obviously.

That's very kind of you buddy, he must be very relieved with the favour you did to him, I hope he value the friendship so much. I can also do that for a reliable friend.

Has anyone ever come to you for help or asked you for money?
Yeah, been asked several times by street beggars for money. Actually caved in one time and fell for a sob story by a guy telling me about how he didn't have money to pay for his family's pizza and gave him a $20. I know now that I should have told the guy to take me to the pizza place and I'll pay for it.

No longer will I give money. I'll give items like food or clothing.

Yeah when I lived with my parents and got my first job they would ask me for money every once in a while. Instead of the money going towards rent and utilities though, they'd spend it on beer and cigarettes... :\

Yes, I've had friends ask for money. I will only lend as much as I can afford to loose if they don't pay me back.

Aside borrowing money out I also do give my money to friends and family and they feigned memory loss afterwards as they don't want to pay.

My elder brother has asked me for money because his business had some cash flow problem. I lent him the money and he paid me back on time.

Depends on the amount. I'm not nearly the wealthy guy but i try to help those who need a little amount (less than $100)

Yea, it's better to do that than feed their drug habit. I'd rather go through McDonalds and order them something off of the dollar menu.

Yes I have been.

When I was new at the present job there was a person whom I lend $20 but he never returned my money and never asked money in future. People told that it was his habit of borrowing money for all.
