Yes, for sure. Esp. if I was "rich", I'd help those less fortunate. Sadly, *I'm* the one less fortunate....

I've been fortunate enough to have family and friends help me in the past so I don't mind paying it forward.

I will say no to my friends. I do not want to turn our friendship into a sour situation because of this tangible thing.
