Agreed. I'm not sure if it was in this thread, but IMO if there is absolute, 100% evidence of guilt of say aggravated rape or 1st degree murder, or both, and the offender shows no remorse, then they should be IMMEDIATELY executed. I'm sick of our BS judicial system.

I also don't believe in rehabilitation. That's an excuse. Oh "they are rehabilitated", they can be paroled. Really? Yeah, and the first thing they do is re-offend.
