Announcement Change of Ownership

I am pleased to announce the official change of ownership of Discussion Hub X2. After being away from forums for the past few months, I am excited to help bring this community back to life with the help of @PGen98. For those who may not know me from other communities, my name is Jay. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything.

We've also moved the site to a blazing-fast server, made some updates, and added a new theme.
