Hi everybody. I hit the gym tomorrow and did legs, as I missed it yesterday. My legs are in a lot of pain but the feeling is great.
Make sure to drink or consume protein powder to help with the muscle recovery. Discovered how painful not doing that can be in the long-term.
 
I think I realised today how much i hate programming and web development.

what's up! yesterday i had a very long day that included a really long trip but now i'm home and won't work today.

Driving at night is really tiring.
 
Sorry guys, one more week of me not being active and spending time here. I'll be back to normal from Monday because I will be done with Uni for a long time!
