I get so bored on the beach. I mean, it's nice to be there for like a half hour but then I want to get up and walk or go do something. I don't like swimming with fishes, and especially jelly fish that sting! And I don't like to suntan because I get burnt in 10 minutes. So, whenever we go to the beach, it's with the understanding that I'll suffer through it for an hour under the umbrella and then we go for pizza on the boardwalk!

yea, it's gotten pretty cold here over in Missouri. I think January and February are our coldest months.

Just a regular one, no high caloric food like pasta, lots of veggie food and no bread/sugar. I'm back at the gym too!
That sounds like a solid plan!! I can't let go of the carbs though and am struggling. Nothing seems to fill me up no matter how much protein I eat. I'm always hungry.
Didn't the gulf shores have a tornado in spots the other day?
