I hope you feel better soon. I only got backaches from certain health issues and now that's gone and I can feel when I go hiking that I'm probably not strong enough yet in my back, because it gets stiff later that day. Do you do any special stretches?

I had a road accident years ago. While it took me a while to handle that I never had back aches.
This is the first time.

I do a few stretches but because of this pain my physiotherapist has asked me to hold on for a while.
