Doing well here, just winding down for the evening, getting some work done on things :)
 
Not the kind I am going through at the moment.

I hope you feel better soon. I only got backaches from certain health issues and now that's gone and I can feel when I go hiking that I'm probably not strong enough yet in my back, because it gets stiff later that day. Do you do any special stretches?
