Usually at least three, I try to eat smaller meals over the course of the day to keep my metabolism more active and help keep me from feeling drowsy at work.
Usually I just eat a couple of times a day. Like, I'll eat something right now for breakfast and then I'll eat something again when I'm on my lunch break at work. But I won't eat anything after I get off work because my hubby will have already had dinner and it'll be too late for me to eat anyway because it'll be too close to when I'll have to go to bed.
So, when I eat usually revolves around my work schedule.
I used to eat three meals a day but I don't anymore. I eat some cereal when I wake up and the rest of the day I don't eat because I wait for my fiance to get home, unless I have something to snack on.

For me, three times a day. Wakeup eats and then hours later eat lunch then hours later again din-dins. Not a big amount of food ANYWAY. I do not eat big.
I tend to eat on average about 4 times a day, depending on the day of the week. If it's the weekend I eat about 4 times, but during the week it's only 3.
