Is it good time for starting digital project?

For starting every project, there is good or bad time. It is bad time start something related to beaches if it is middle of winter or winter project in middle of summer. At least that is my oppinion.

It think this time affected with corona crisis and quarantine is great for starting digital project.
Here are my views why is it good:
- economic crisis- some companys like hosting probably will start offer discounts since less users will invest in this time and you can use those terms to get lower price
- everybody are online - where is quarantine active people are home and they will be online and those are new customers for you
- digitalization - many activites goes from offline life into digital life so there is chance to grab a part of cookie
- webshops - webshops shows big traffic increase so in this time is good start some online webshop
- price compare- people will stay without money and it will be careful with every penny so some compare price portal could be good chance or some discount codes

What do you think about this views why is good time for starting some digital project?
 
I think so. I have a few digital projects that I’m starting. One seems successful even before I have opened it. I just started it yesterday.
 
This pandemic thing increased the internet usage everywhere so it's a good time to start your digital business. The offer is quite large too, so you'll be facing fierce competitors.

There is always fierce competiton. If you start new project and soon you start grow you will get competition. There are entire teams which wait for new apps and just make their clones and sell it. In this world competiton is entire world.
 
It's always a good time for a new digital project IMO. Besides, I'm a shut in. lol

Yeah, but sometimes your type of business is the difference. Maybe you can even try offering your product in some other country.

I haven't done much. It literally only has a coming soon page up. I'm working on it in the background but the only thing people and bots can see is the coming soon page.
 
It definitely is a good time but like @zoldos mentioned, it tends to always be a good time especially if you have a good idea. With most of us spending more time at home, its also easy to dedicate time to your digital project.
 
I'm thinking of opening an adult Instagram clone. hehehe

I made around $220 total over several years from ads. I no longer run ads, but do offer my members "Premium" for extra features, and have made around $100 something so far. Many members also donate if I need an upgrade or whatever.

I personally enjoy digital projects because it gives me a chance to socialize and discuss things on my own terms. I can choose what I feel comfortable discussing and what subjects I want to avoid. I'm also an introvert so you'll find me as a shut-in more often than not.
