More server shutdowns (multiplayer)

Following in the footsteps of many Need for Speed games recently having their multiplayer servers shutdown, and similar impending server closures for Max Payne 3 and Grand Theft Auto V on the PS3 and Xbox 360 - a few more titles have kicked the bucket this week..

..in case we hadn't taken the hint yet, if there's any multiplayer trophies/achievements we want from the seventh generation of games consoles who's multiplayer servers remain online, we're rapidly approaching the now or never moment. It's time to boot them up, and get them done!

It was meant to happen, it's why I stick to offline games.

It is kinda nuts how such a massive part of a game can just stop working like that after a few years. I don't play too many online games myself but as far as old console games go it seems a decent amount of them support online play, so at least there could be a means around it.
