Yeah, it's just hot weather in general to be fair, just makes you tired.

I went out for a bit today when it was really bad and it hit me hard and spiked my sinuses, took naps all afternoon.

Ouch! As @Kylie asked, how did you do it? The good thing about the mouth is that it heals pretty fast.
Good Tuesday Morning Last week in July. Heat has went away here so it "feels" colder. Hey, I like the heat lol

Microwaved some food. Most of it was at a normal temperature but one small bit of food was burning hot and I accidently tried eating that.

They did actually but it was from the office. I like driving so just went there myself like a few other people did. Better to have a 2 hour drive than a 1 hour journey to the office and then another 2 hours on the bus there
