Hi how is everyone?
Cba for the week ahead but tomorrow should be a bit of a slow day at work so that's not too bad. How are you doing Abizaga?
 
I know how that can be. I've been debating on taking the holiday off or going in for the extra pay. Right now, the extra money is winning.

I had a very intense weekend, been to a concert that ended almost at 4 am this Sunday, i slept a lot! now i feel tired again.. i want to sleep early and be energetic for tomorrow.

Honestly, if I had the option, I would take the extra as well. You can always just take a holiday on the regular days.

I have no choice but to take off on holidays. The owners & management close down the business on some holidays. It's personal paid time off that I don't get.
 
I'm going to miss my Tuesdays off. Looks like when I start Uni again in September, I'll be moving to Fridays off which is not too bad. But Mondays always felt a lot better when you knew you had the next day off :(

This is the only way to like Mondays :p

Now that i'm starting to go on a serious body shape training my eating schedules are a bit messy, i don't wanna gain weight :(

My schedules are an absolute mess right now as well. Trying to control how much I eat so I need to do a better job of it.

A bit tired today so I'll hope on tomorrow for a proper chat guys

Portions is what we really need to take care of, if you're not going to do a physical workout, you need to eat a bit less than usual :)

It's really hard in practice though.
