Portions is what we really need to take care of, if you're not going to do a physical workout, you need to eat a bit less than usual :)

It's really hard in practice though.
100%. It's actually a lot easier for me when I'm working because I don't have time to walk around my house looking for sweets to eat lol.

i'd change sweets for fruits to keep myself healthy :) i know i don't wanna sound obsessed but i really need to take care.. my health profile is so bad! all of my relatives coming from my father's side have diabetes.

Speaking of 9/11. It was really busy in town today. I guess people were celebrating because people in my neighborhood was having grill outs. I don't know. I just remember that day being very hard for everyone seeing it go down on the news when I was a kid.

Celebrating would be the wrong word for that event. Though summer is ending, I'm sure people are getting out as much as possible.

Funny thing is, the relatives from my dad's side aren't the greatest in terms of health either. Not exactly obese but other health complications.

That is a good idea. First step is to stop buying sweets so I can't actually eat them when I want to lol
