Have you tried icing the pain or stretching it out?
 
My legs have been in soo much pain over the weekend. I've literally been so vocal about it around the house too. It's awful :(

Try bathing in cold water after workouts. Also don't push yourself too much, you should do it in progression, specially if you're not used to it yet.

If you are used to it.. then you are lacking Minerals and Magnesium.

I take multi vitamins and minerals. I do bath in warm/hot water though, I thought that's better?

You should watch all of these. This guy is hilarious. He sounds like Jonah Hill bitching at the game the entire time he's losing ROFL
