I had my leg day today, been walking for 10 Km in a fabulous 40°C Temperature

My legs have been in soo much pain over the weekend. I've literally been so vocal about it around the house too. It's awful

Try bathing in cold water after workouts. Also don't push yourself too much, you should do it in progression, specially if you're not used to it yet.

If you are used to it.. then you are lacking Minerals and Magnesium.
