I usually don't get presents anymore, if I do it's usually some clothing item I didn't ask for or need really. :P I'd be happy with just getting some cash given to me so i can put it in my savings tbh.
My last MSI laptop lasted a week, it was pretty much DOA out of the box, noticed an issue right on first boot up but thought a few windows updates would fix it, as i had a freezing issue on my very first MSI laptop but after a windows update that went away, so I thought this would be the same...
I haven't had any issues with my Alienware that were deal breaking, the one problem I did have with it, I managed to fix by simply re-installing Windows. Other than that, it's been pretty solid. I'd buy another Alienware again. However, I went through THREE MSI gaming laptops in the span of a...
I used to run an old vBulletin forum on Godaddy back in 2007 and the speed was god awful, that was back on vBulletin 3.6/3.7 so yeah......pretty bad IMO. Definitely gotta take your host and server speeds and stuff into account, i serve 2 wordpress blogs on my current host and the speeds are fine.
The model I got now is an Alienware 17 R5.
The MSI that died on me was the stealth something or other, I don't really touch MSI anymore. And yeah I know the whole desktops are cheaper thing but the way my setup is, I can't have a desktop machine, laptop is my only option. It stays stationary...
It was a super top-of-the-line gaming laptop by MSI (the one that was $2,900) that died after a week....
M current one (the one for $1850) is an alienware 17.3 inch gaming laptop, similarly specc'd....it's almost 3 years old at this point though I got it back in 2018.
Are you asking if it's possible to create an app from scratch directly from your phone? If so, then no, I don't think so, I'm pretty sure creating an app takes a lot of coding and UI design work and that is usually handled mostly on a PC.
Yeah, my stomach can only handle so much. I tried those flammin' hot doritos the othe rday and while not terrible, they made my stomach burn after eating them and there was no real flavor to them, they were just hot for the sake of being hot.
I use AC whenever possible, I don't do well in the heat at alll. So AC is a yes for me. :) I usually get very disoriented if it's too hot so I definitely don't handle the heat too well.
Revillution's homepage is technically set up like a blog. - https://www.revillution.net
I know a bunch of gaming sites use wordpress for their blog with a heavily modified or even custom theme.
Well my hopes for it aren't too high because of the situation in the world right now, but we'll see. I'm waiting for a reveal/beta before I make any decisions.
Warzone is, yes, but this is the next main title in the franchise that they are using Warzone to tease and ultimately reveal on August 26th when they'll drop a trailer for this year's game.
Rocko's Modern Life was one of my favorites.
There are a slew of others.....Kennan & Kel,.........and obviously ones everyone was into like Power Rangers......etc.
So howabout that Call of Duty 2020 teaser? Getting a worldwide reveal on August 26th.......i lost interest in it cuz it was taking so long but now it's kinda sparked back up....looking forward to seeing what Treyarch & Raven have been working on.
I try to get them up within a month or 2, no longer than 3 months. :-) If it's one that'll take longer, I use the off time to also build up hype for the site.
The problem is the marketing, most top-end gaming rigs these days can't put out a full 4K x 60 or 120 stable. These rigs are far more powerful than the consoles coming out, so I personally don't think 'true 4K' is going to be a thing, at least not for awhile, but what gets me is the way they...
Yeah they really do have the potential to be amazing, it kinda sucks that Apple doesn't want to support them to be honest. That leaves out a large chunk of the market for them because Apple has to be Apple and think they're 'innovating' technology...........
I thought it was very underwhelming. IMO this generation might go to XBox. From what they shown off game wise, they seem to have more titles i'm interested in and it seems like PS5 is focusing on indie-grade titles...... in addition to that, the fact the PS5 is struggling to output real 4K is a...
I'm not sure yet. Right now i've got an iPhone 8 and it's serving me just fine, but I'm not sure if I like the new iPhones without a physical home button, now a physical home button isn't absolutely necessary but I do like a home button even if it's on the screen itself like in most android...
Since we have a place that advertises people's streams when they're live, and a few streaming buddies of mine have used it themselves, they have been helping spread the word of the site to other streamers and content creators, so that's helped us gain a lot more users in a short period of time...
HTML5 has made life so much easier and the code is way cleaner than it's predecessor. Hell, Iw ish someone would make a working Xenforo Arcade add-on with HTML5 support for the games instead of Flash.......that would be amazing to see.
Last game I played was Yakuza Kiwami 2 on the Xbox One X the other night. Yakuza is one of my favorite series and happy to see it finally come over to Xbox, gives me a reason to play through them all again :-)
She went by Shortie861 around forums back in the day, still uses Shortie as her username, and Shortie861 is still her twitch handle (she got into streaming pretty heavily nowadays)
Well yeah, but as I stated, if you're looking to both game & stream on the same machine like play something like say Dead by Daylight on PC and stream it on the same machine, yes CPU and GPU are the most important, but that extra overhead for ram can help a lot too.
with the right configuration, yes it is. My old laptop had 32GB of ram in it, but it was only DDR3XL ram, while the extra speed boost over my previous laptop before it was significant when running multiple applications, i find the laptop I have now doesn't feel allthat much slower, but i...
I have a few tablets. I got an old Nvidia Shield tablet laying around somewhere, and an old iPad Mini and a regular sized iPad from 2018 that still works like it's brand new. :)
I've been advertising a lot on Twitter and it's helped me gain quite a few new members, a lot of them are content creators looking for helpful tips or ways to further promote their content like their stream or youtube channels. I've also been trying to appeal to other groups of people in general...
I want to try this game. I watched a lot of streamer friends of mine play it on stream recently and it looks like it can be a blast when played with friends. :) Seems like a different take on the battle royale genre, which is nice to see. :-)
What are your thoughts on PWA's? Do you think they're still relevant and useful? Xenforo 2.2 will bring PWA support so users can install an 'app' for your website on their home screen and have it open in a wrapper that looks like a traditional app for your phone rather than within a browser...
I love spicy foods. I have a high tolerance for spice, but I enjoy foods that are more spicy/hot with flavor, and not just overbearingly hot/spicy to where you can't taste ANYTHING but the heat.
I would love to do this. However, my setup and living space doesn't allow for me to do such a thing, so I'm stuck with high performance gaming laptops that are 'just as powerful' as a desktop, i mean obviously the desktop is the better choice, but I make due with what I can.
Yes, Revillution has a twitter account that we've owned since it's iteration in 2009. It's much more active now! we also have a facebook page, but FB pages messed up so we had to make a new one, so not as many likes/follows than we had on the original page. :-)
