Beautiful day today. Going to eat my lunch and then take the boat out and do some fishing.

I get addicted to sweets so I try not to eat them too much. It is a bit of a problem for me ?

I do this trick, i buy only what i'm going to eat in THAT particular moment, i don't buy chocos for "later".

Also, try to buy at a store that is really away from your current location so you really have to work to get some candy
