Drinking Water

I don't drink enough water, especially not the recommended two-liter (2000ml) a day. Usually, I consume a lot of Pepsi max instead, and this keeps me hydrated. I can't stand the taste of blandness.

You have to ease off it slowly I think. It can be hard once you get used to soft drinks but eventually you get used to water.

I definitely don't drink enough water, it's something I really need to work on. The only times I do drink water is at work, especially during the summertime since I work in a non climate controlled factory. Gotta keep hydrated there since I don't want to pass out!

I love water. And ice tea as well. I'll drink soda, but not to excess.

Well I had a lot of headaches and were because I dind't drink enought water... so now I try to drink at least 3 glasses in one day

Drinking water is a good habit. I do not feel thirsty. So I forget to drink the required quantity of water.

I decided many months ago that I would lay off of the soda and start drinking more water. Which I have and It's been better for me. Too much of it is really bad for your kidneys.
