How many times a day do you eat? Do you have Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner? or do you eat twice a day? or do you eat 4 or 5 times a day?

Usually at least three, I try to eat smaller meals over the course of the day to keep my metabolism more active and help keep me from feeling drowsy at work.

Usually I just eat a couple of times a day. Like, I'll eat something right now for breakfast and then I'll eat something again when I'm on my lunch break at work. But I won't eat anything after I get off work because my hubby will have already had dinner and it'll be too late for me to eat anyway because it'll be too close to when I'll have to go to bed.

I don't fail to eat my 3 square meals. but I take small portion now because I'm.tryimg to lose weight
