Well, I'd be secretive about committing my super crimes. I wouldn't want a name. It's not like I'd plan on terrorizing the world.

I'd want powers like Professor Xavior or The Purple Man. Mind control goes a long long way. You can get people to commit crimes for you instead. I could basically walk into a bank, have them (under mind control) empty out the entire vault into several duffel bags, and then I'd wipe their memory. If the cops came looking for me at my place, I'd erase their memories too.

....and then I'd brain wash one of the prettiest girls with my mind control that I was the man of her dreams lol. So wealth and women. Sounds good.

It'd be like Kira from the movie Push. If someone was a powerful psychic, who was her enemy, and she couldn't control them. She'd control a whole a bunch of people instead and bum rush them with bodies. In the movie at the end she was controlling a bunch of Chinese gang bangers with guns and was taking out the other psychics with those guys.

Yes; but, what if it is a similar situation to Xavier and Cain (Juggernaut) or Max (Magneto) where they have protection against mind control and sizable powers themselves that could cause problems.

You can't throw a bunch of pawns at someone who can control metal or has super strength.
